As the year 2023 wrapped up, Sensor Tower's data provided insight into the performance of top tycoon games on the Android platform in the United Kingdom for the fourth quarter. Here are the highlights from the top contenders in the genre.

My Perfect Hotel by SayGames Ltd saw a notable spike in both downloads and weekly active users (WAU) during the holiday season, with downloads peaking at 42K and WAU hitting 88K in the last week of December. Although revenue showed a slight decrease from September to November, it picked up considerably in December, reaching nearly $6K.

Build Master: Bridge Race from UAC Studio experienced a steady increase in revenue, ending the quarter with over $10K in the last two weeks of December. The game's downloads and WAU followed a similar upward trend, with downloads more than doubling to 13K and WAU growing to nearly 20K by the end of December.
